The job was finished on time with minimal fuss. I really appreciated the thorough discussion and review of the current solar environment in California, what we needed based on our current and future usage rates, the clear spreadsheet layouts, what was possible based on our roof, and details on materials and installation. Absolutely would recommend this team to anyone and appreciated the fact that our panels were assembled in the U.S.

We waited too long to get Solar and when we decided to do so, we had (3) companies provide an estimate.  The price and energy output were generally the same.  We selected San Diego County Solar because of the  detail and professionalism of Ken Roberts.  Based on the estimates, we sensed the difference would be quality of installation.  Ken was here every day and we couldn't be happier with the system.  I only wish we had done so several years ago.  It's nice not having to be concerned with the A/C running or when we can start the dishwasher and/or dryer.

We were very lucky in that we were the fourth household in our greater circle of friends to decide to get solar. There are so many companies out there pushing products and the choice of provider can be overwhelming. We had researched extensively and came down to three providers, one of which was SDCS. We were fortunate to see SDCS complete an installation at a nearby home and we spoke to the owners about their experience, which was really positive.
Our first encounter was with Seth, their Director of Sales. Seth is very knowledgeable and took a lot of time to understand what mattered to us and what we were trying to achieve with the installation. There was no hard selling, just a professional and thorough quote process.
Once we selected SDCS, Seth handed the project management over to Roy but remained actively involved in the project. Roy worked with SDG&E to get the necessary approvals and clearly communicated the progress and timing. Once onsite the install team Tim, Tim and Ian were efficient and courteous and completed the job in two days as promised. Within days we had the system up and running and are currently saving big time!
